Following the successful delivery of previous projects, we were appointed by an existing client to transform an underutilised basement floor within a serviced office environment into valuable, revenue-generating workspace.
The scheme involved the careful removal of an existing bar and function area, with selected elements retained and repurposed for use by a sister company. The redesigned space incorporated essential welfare facilities, a new boardroom, additional storage areas, and an optimised office layout designed to maximise both functionality and occupancy potential. In addition to the basement transformation, refurbishment works were carried out across the upper-floor communal areas, including the replacement of kitchen facilities, redecoration throughout, and upgraded flooring finishes.
Through considered space planning and efficient design, we successfully increased the number of rentable offices while maintaining the distinctive look, feel, and high-quality aesthetic synonymous with the Avenue HQ brand.
