We were appointed to deliver a new headquarters for Exciting Instruments as the company transitioned from a shared university workspace into a bespoke environment within the innovative Pennine Five campus.

The objective was to create a highly functional, future-focused workplace that reflected both the technical nature of the business and its ambitious growth plans. The project included Cat-A landlord works alongside a bespoke Cat-B design and build solution, carefully tailored to meet the operational requirements of the client. The new workspace incorporated specialist laboratory facilities, private offices, individual focus booths, and collaborative working areas, alongside a modern kitchen and staff welfare facilities.

The completed environment successfully balances technical functionality with contemporary workplace design, creating a professional and collaborative headquarters that supports innovation, productivity, and future expansion.
