A Cat B fit-out in an existing event space to create individual serviced offices to generate further revenue for the client. Included in these works were full M&E alterations, forming walls with glass partitions, new flooring, and full decoration throughout. Added works included four kitchens on other floors, including refurbishment of all corridors.
